Through our services we foster inclusion, build confidence, and promote independence by equipping these individuals with the practical skills they need to thrive. We believe in the power of ability, even when the skills have yet to be developed, and we are committed to creating pathways that empower Black and Brown youth with disabilities to live fully and authentically. We help youth with disabilities and their families connect to resources, learn new skills, find opportunities, and be part of a supportive community where they can grow.

Skill building programs designed to support youth 14-26 with unique needs in developing personal, social, and vocational skills necessary for independence, confidence, and community inclusion.
Job Placement Partnerships
Collaboration with employers committed to hiring and supporting youth with disabilities. Providing appropriate job matches, disability awareness training for employers.
Community Learning Discussions
Open collaborative space for youth with disabilities and their families to connect, gain critical knowledge and tools to effectively navigate complex systems and processes including education, workforce, and community.
